A note from Darren Day:

When I think about all the years I’ve been working in musical theatre, it seems strange that I haven't recorded an album like this before. All I can say is that now, the time feels right. I truly hope you enjoy my interpretation of these songs. 

 

I loved being back in the studio recording with my dear friend John Yap again. He and I first worked together, with Stephen Schwartz, on Godspell at Abbey Road Studios at the beginning of my musical theatre career. 

This CD brings together a range of musical theatre songs that are some of my personal favourites. I’d love to know which ones you most enjoy so do feel free to contact me via my twitter page.
