Los Angeles born P.P. Arnold began her career touring with Ike and Tina Turner and The Rolling Stones. She appeared with her own band, The Nice, and other rock acts and has made many recordings. West End shows include Starlight Express and Once On This Island. She has also been seen on UK and US TV.
