After studying at the Guildhall School of Music, soprano Marilyn Hill Smith made her debut with English National Opera. She is a most versatile singer and performs in opera, operetta, musicals and oratorios. She has also sung with Welsh National Opera, at Covent Garden (Peter Grimes), with New Sadler's Wells Opera, Scottish Opera, the new D'Oyly Carte and Lyric Opera of Singapore. Her work encompasses a varied repertoire and she has made many concert appearances and recordings.
