Well known for her concert appearances, Maria has sung at the Royal Festival Hall, The Barbican, Royal Albert Hall, Drury Lane, Shaftesbury Avenue, The Playhouse, Edinburgh Concert Hall, Glasgow Concert Hall and St David's Hall, Cardiff. She has been accompanied by The London Philharmonica, BBC Symphony, BBC Concert Orchestra, BBC Big Band and the London Symphony Orchestra.

Her West End credits include Tim Rice's BLONDEL at the Aldwych Theatre and BY GEORGE IT'S GERSHWIN at the Purcell Rooms, BLUES IN THE NIGHT at the Piccadilly Theatre which received a SWET nomination for Best Musical, MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG at the Haymarket Theatre and lots more.

Television appearances for BBC TV include ME AND THE GIRLS, RED DWARF, DIVORCE, CASUALTY, John Godber's SHAKERS and BLACK DAISIES FOR THE BRIDE, HARDY ON CLASS for Central TV, FRANK STUBBS PROMOTES for Noel Gay Television/Carlton.
